Indian banking system has witnessed transformation from traditional banking to convenience banking with the use of technology. After liberalization of Indian markets, it was the need to perform radical changes in banking system to providefaster and quality service to customers and toface the competition from foreign banks. The digitization of banks has taken a long journey from ATM to mobile banking & Unified Payment Interface.
